eSIM Troubleshooting Guide

Most eSIM connectivity issues are caused by simple setting mismatches. Follow these 5 steps to get back online in minutes.

01

Enable Data Roaming

Since your eSIM is designed for international travel, it needs "Data Roaming" to be switched ON to access local networks.

SettingsCellular/Mobile DataPrimary/eSIM → Toggle Data Roaming ON.
02

Verify APN Settings

The APN (Access Point Name) allows your device to connect to the internet. If it didn't set automatically, you need to add it manually.

Check your installation email for the specific APN Name.

Common fix: Enter the APN name in both the "Mobile Data" and "LTE" fields in your cellular settings.

03

Toggle Airplane Mode

Sometimes the device needs a fresh signal search. Toggle Airplane mode ON for 10 seconds, then turn it OFF. This forces the device to reconnect to the strongest available local tower.

04

Set Network Selection to 'Automatic'

Ensure your phone is allowed to pick the best network provider automatically.

SettingsNetwork Selection → Toggle Automatic ON.
05

Check Data Balance

Ensure your data plan has not expired or been fully consumed. You can check your remaining data through our website dashboard or via your order confirmation link.
